Mubasher: Oman Hotels and Tourism company’s ordinary and extraordinary general meetings (OGM, EGM) agreed yesterday on distributing cash dividends at 200 baisas per share (200% of the capital).
The OGM also approved to distribute 27-for-100 bonus shares (27% of the capital), which will result in increasing the company’s paid-up capital from OMR 5.5 million to OMR 6.958 million.
Meanwhile, the EGM agreed to renew the authorized share capital of OMR 7 million, according to a bourse filing released on Wednesday.
