Mubasher: Oman Hotels and Tourism Company invited its shareholders to attend the company’s ordinary and extraordinary general meetings (OGM, EGM) on 14 June.
According to a bourse filing released on Sunday, the EGM will discuss renewing the authorised capital to OMR 7 million.
Meanwhile, the OGM will consider distributing cash dividends at 200% of the capital or 0.200 baisas per share, in addition to 27-for-100 bonus shares (27% of the capital).
Approving the distribution will result in increasing the company’s share capital from OMR 5.5 million to OMR 6.98 million.
