Mubasher: Oman Hotels and Tourism invited shareholders on Tuesday to attend the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), due to be held on 24 January 2016, for discussing a proposal to sell Al Falaj Hotel in Muscat for OMR 14 million.
The Muscat-listed company's CEO Srinith De Silva said that Oman Hotels received a non-binding bid for all its all assets and business of Falaj Hotel for OMR 14 million.
The company’s share is traded at Muscat Securities Market at OMR 0.24.
