Mubasher: The Omani Capital Market Authority approved the transfer of ownership of the government’s stake in Port Services Corp to Oman Investment Fund, according to the company’s statement.
The value of the transferred stake is around 33.74 million shares, or 35.5% of total capital, according to the agreement between Oman Investment Fund and the Minister of Finance.
