Mubasher: The Omani Ministry of Tourism will sign an agreement on Monday with Palm Beach Housing for developing the integrated tourism complex (ITC) Al Nakheel at a value of OMR 2.655 million, according to Oman News Agency (ONA).
This project is located in Barka city with an area of 500,000 square metres, managed via usufruct, ONA said.
The project includes an artificial lake over an area of 35,000 square metres and an entertainment centre.
This touristic complex will include three hotels, hotel apartments, villas, houses, a shopping mall, an international school, various restaurants, a water park, recreational facilities, and other services which will be available for Omani and foreign ownership.
