Oman oil production rises in August

Mubasher: Oman’s total crude oil and condensate production increased 0.15% month-on-month in August, according to a report issued by the ministry of oil and gas.

Production levels reached 31.39 million barrel compared to 31.34 in July, according to the report, while daily production levels reached 1.012 million barrel.

Exports declined by 1.53% to 25.8 million barrel, with a daily rate of 830,500 barrel.

China had the biggest share of the Omani oil exports with 81.3%, followed by Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan, at 7.78%, 7.28% and 3.63% respectively.
