The state's oil prices declined $0.73 on Wednesday, compared with $30.49 a barrel on Tuesday, according to the data released by Dubai Mercantile Exchange.
Oil prices for February delivery reached $34.59 a barrel, down $7.70 compared with January delivery prices.
