Mubasher: Oman’s real estate transactions rose jumped 78% year-on-year to OMR 5.2 billion by the end of December 2015, compared with OMR 2.9 billion in 2014, according to the state-run Oman News Agency.
Oman’s real estate trading activity witnessed remarkable growth in 2015, an official said.
The fees collected from all legal actions hit OMR 54.62 million in 2015, with a rise of 25% from OMR 49.79 million a year earlier.
