Dubai – Mubasher: Oman has unveiled the concept design for its pavilion at the Dubai Expo 2020, which is slated to commence on 20 October, 2020 and will run until 10 April, 2021.
The architectural design of the Sultanate’s pavilion embodies the Frankincense tree, which carries a significant historical importance on the back of being recognised as a bridge between the ancient world’s civilisations for more than 5,000 years.
Under the motto of “Oman, Opportunities over time”, the pavilion was unveiled by Heritage and Culture Minister Sayyid Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, who also doubles as chairman of the ministerial committee overseeing the construction works of the Omani pavilion.
