Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of Muscat Securities Market (MSM) opened Tuesday’s session falling 0.06% or 3.4 points to the level of 5,781.1 points by 10:35 AM Muscat time.
The Shariah index also declined 0.14% to the level of 882.9 points.
Trading volume reached 244,500 shares exchanged at OMR 58,800 through 39 transactions.
The index was negatively affected by the drop in three shares topped by Al Anwar Holding which shrank 1.65%, followed by Bank Nizwa with a 1.32% decrease, while Al Hassan Engineering was the only riser with a growth of 2.4%.
