Mubasher: Total real estate deals in the Sultanate of Oman rose in July 2016 154% year-on-year 2016 as the traded value of real estate activities came to OMR 6.337 billion, according to the National Centre for Statistics and Information.
The collected fees for all legal actions increased in July by 32% y-o-y to OMR 40.4 million, while the traded value of sales contracts declined 20.3% y-o-y to OMR 623.5 million.
Swap contracts’ value fell in July by 45.2% y-o-y to OMR 6.7 million, the number of swap contracts also dropped 41.6% y-o-y to 456 contracts.
