Mubasher: Oman Telecommunications Company’s (Omantel) said its board received a non-binding offer from a Pakistani investor to acquire its sharers in Worldcall Telecom Limited.
The offer is subject to due diligence study, according to a bourse statement.
Omantel currently owns 56.8% of Pakistan-based WorldCall, according to a statement on WorldCall's official website.
