Dubai – Mubasher: Omniyat Properties has unveiled its Private Residences project located in Marasi on the Dubai Canal and designed by Foster + Partners Company.
The Private Residences project includes 167 hotel rooms and 239 five-star hotel apartments, the UAE-based developer added in a statement.
The new project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2020.
The developer did not reveal the project’s value.
