Omran to launch projects worth AED 2.47bn

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Omran Properties Company on Tuesday launched three real estate projects in Sharjah worth AED 2.47 billion, according to a company statement.

The Maryam Island project is expected to cover an area of 364,000 square metres and cost AED 2.26 billion, while Al Khan Village Resort is likely to span a total ground size of 66,300 square metres with a development cost of AED 120.6 million, the company added.

The company plans to finalise Al Khan Village’s development procedures in the third quarter of fiscal year 2019.

In addition, the AED 106 million Kalba Waterfront Mall project, located across the Indian Ocean, is scheduled to extend on an area of 2,110 square metres.

Omran Properties has been established in 2016 through a strategic partnership between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), Emaar Properties, and Eagle Hills.
