Riyadh – Mubasher: One transaction privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Samba financial group's shares on Monday totalled SAR 1.49 million.
The transaction saw the trading of 81,790 of the group's shares at SAR 18.20 per share, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Samba's share traded between SAR 17.30 and SAR 17.10.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index or the sector indices.
