Riyadh – Mubasher: One transaction privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Saudi Transport and Investment’s (Mubarrad) shares on Thursday totalled SAR 38.25 million.
The transaction saw the trading of 850,000 of the company's shares at SAR 45 per share, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, Ace Arabia’s share traded between SAR 44.80 and SAR 46.60.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index or the sector indices.
