Riyadh – Mubasher: One transactions privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on the shares of the National Commercial Bank (NCB) on Monday.
The transaction saw the trading of 1.07 million of the bank's shares at SAR 44 per share, totalling SAR 47 million.
NCB's share traded between SAR 41.90 and SAR 42.30.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index or the sector indices.
