Riyadh – Mubasher: One transaction privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on National Commercial Bank’s (NCB) shares totalled SAR 5.9 million.
The transaction saw the trading of 150,000 shares at SAR 39.30 per share, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Meanwhile, NCB’s share traded between SAR 39 and SAR 39.60.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
