Mubasher: National Mobile Telecommunications (Ooredoo) reported a decrease of 65% in profits during the third quarter of 2018 compared to the same period a year ago.
Earnings shrank to KWD 4.01 million ($13.2 million) in Q3-18 from KWD 11.45 million ($37.8 million) in Q3-17, according to a disclosure on Thursday.
During the first nine months of 2018, Ooredoo posted a decline of 53.4% in profits to KWD 16.21 million from KWD 34.75 million in the corresponding period last year.
At the stock level, Ooredoo closed Thursday’s session 0.79% lower at 751 fils.
