Doha – Mubasher: Ooredoo's net profit for the third quarter of 2016 fell 51% year-over-year to QAR 370 million ($101.5 million) from QAR 756 million ($207.44 million), according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
Over the first nine months, net profit reached QAR 1.832 billion, higher 4% from QAR 1.758 billion for the year ago period.
Consolidated revenues increased 2% to QAR 8.35 billion during the first nine months, compared with QAR 8.15 billon for the first nine months of 2015.
