Doha – Mubasher: Qatar’s Ooredoo announced on Monday that its subsidiary Wi-tribe Asia Limited completed the sale of its unit Wi-Tribe Ltd - Pakistan Limited to HB Offshore Investment for QAR 32.7 million ($8.96 million).
The deal was concluded in line with the carrying value of the asset, according to a bourse filing.
It’s worth noting that HB Group is a leading firm in the Pakistani telecommunication sector that plans to to expand further.
