Mubasher: National Mobile Telecommunications (Ooredoo) will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 7 March to discuss the board members’ recommendation to distribute 70% cash dividends for fiscal year 2017.
Ooredoo will consider paying 70 fils per share to shareholders registered on 27 March as maturity date, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
The distribution date is expected to be on 2 April.
In FY17, Ooredoo registered a decline of 15% in profits to KWD 39.5 million compared to KWD 46.7 million in the previous fiscal year.
