Cairo – Mubasher: Ora Developers has pumped EGP 1 billion into it the first phase of its Zed project in Sheikh Zayed, said company CEO Haitham Abdel Azim said.
Haitham Abdel Azim said on the sidelines of the 4th Real Estate Debate Conference that the company has achieved EGP 5 billion in sales in the project’s first phase.
Ora Developers, chaired by Egyptian businessman Naguib Sawiris, launched in May 2019 its project in Sheikh Zayed with investments of about EGP 35 billion.
The project spans across 165 feddans, and includes 5,000 residential units, as well as two 20-story towers, as well as other 10-story buildings.
When completed, Zed is expected to generate around EGP 50 billion in unit sales.
