Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Orange Egypt for Telecommunications has accepted the resignation of the company’s chairman, Atef Helmy Naguib.
The OGM appointed Bruno Mettling as the company’s chairman, according to a bourse filing released on Sunday.
Furthermore, shareholders have approved the signing of a financing agreement with its major shareholder MT Telecom for a loan worth EUR 250 million.
