Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Construction Ltd (Emirates), the Engineering and Construction branch of Orascom Construction Industries NV (OCI), will reduce its issues capital, said a bourse statement.
The company will cut its issued capital from 117,761,379 shares to 116, 761, 379 shares through cancelling 1 million treasury stocks.
Earlier, the company’s extraordinary general meeting gave a nod to reducing the company’s capital.
