Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Orascom Construction approved extending the contract of appointing Osama Anwar Bishai as the company’s CEO.
The company’s shareholders also re-elected Khaled Bichara and Moustafa AbdulWadoud as non-executive board members of the board, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
