Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Construction Ltd said Thursday that the board of directors approved buying back one million treasury shares at EGP 74.05 each, according to a statement.
Shareholders whom hold their shares on the Egyptian Exchange only would be entitled to this offer, the statement revealed.
On Wednesday, the stock was placed at EGP 70.25 with a 1.36% slide.
