Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Orascom Construction (OC) will be held on 25 May 2016, said the company in a bourse filing.
The ordinary meeting will look into FY15 financial statements and the appointment of Jerome Guiraud as its Non-Executive Chairman of the board.
Further, the meeting will consider the purchase of 280,113 shares in Symantec Limited at $1 each.
Following the acquisition, the company’s paid-in and issued capital will be cut to $117 million from $118 million.
The company logged a net loss of $334.4 million (EGP2.961 billion) in the fiscal year 2015, as per the unaudited consolidated financial statements.
