Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Development Egypt on Tuesday announced it has not been officially called by any government entity to give up Amon Island in Aswan in return for the usufruct paid to the country.
The company will inform the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) with any updates regarding this matter, according to a statement.
In November, Orascom Development reported a net consolidated profit of EGP 276.06 million for the first nine months of 2018, compared to EGP 268.8 million in the corresponding period of 2017.
Revenues jumped to EGP 770.9 million in the January- September period last year, versus EGP 483.4 million in the same period a year earlier.
