Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Financial Holding (OFH) reported net profits of EGP 36.66 million covering the period from the company's establishment on 10 December until the end of June.
The revenues amounted to EGP 161.27 million as of 30 June, OFH said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
As for standalone business, the company logged EGP 55.17 million in net profits from 10 December 2020 to 30 June.
In February, The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) listing committee approved listing the shares of OFH and Orascom Investment Holding (OIH) following the demerger.
By the end of the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, OFH reported consolidated net profits of EGP 19.382 million and revenues of EGP 138.53 million.
