Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Construction Limited’s board has nominated Mustafa Abdel Wadood for the position of non-executive director, Invest-Gate reported.
Abdel Wadood’s appointment will be effective 1 June 2017, but is subject to the approval of shareholders at their upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) on 23 May.
