Dubai-Mubasher: Orient Insurance Company posted a 3% rise in its second-quarter profits, according to a bourse statement.
Profits reached AED 70 million ($19 million) in Q2-16, compared to AED 68 million ($18.5 million) in Q2-15.
Net premiums stood at AED 647.46 million in Q2-16, an increase of 48.3% from AED 95.92 million in Q2-15.
Profits reached AED 199.4 million in H1-16, compared to AED 188.36 million in H1-15.
