Dubai-Mubasher: Orient Insurance Company said that its shareholders will meet on 23 February to discuss the financial results for the fiscal year 2015, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
During the annual general meeting, shareholders will also discuss the distribution of 20% cash dividends or AED 20 per share payout, totalling AED 100 million.
