Mubasher: Orient Insurance Co will hold its board meeting on Sunday, 5 February to discuss the financial statements of the fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
The board members will also consider paying 20% cash dividends with an overall value of AED 100 million, the statement added.
