Dubai – Mubasher: Oriental Pearls Real Estate Development announced the completion of 10% of the first phase of the AED 21 billion Royal Pearls Project.
The 4.6 million-square-foot project comprises around 8,000 freehold flats.
The project’s construction is planned to be completed by 2022, Oriental Pearls said in a statement, adding that completion for all its units is slated for November 2019.
