Cairo – Mubasher: Oriental Weavers Group said Thursday that it will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 2 April to discuss distributing cash dividends of EGP 1.4 per share for fiscal year 2016, totalling EGP 630 million.
The OGM will also discuss concluding netting contracts to purchase a land plot worth EGP 54.19 million, according to a bourse filing.
