Cairo – Mubasher: Oriental Weavers was acquitted of monopoly charge as per a verdict by the public prosecution, said the company Monday in a bourse filing.
In August 2015, the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) referred the company to the public prosecution on charges of monopolistic practices.
The stock quote was placed at EGP 9.23 with a 1.43% rise by 11:22am Cairo local time.
