Cairo – Mubasher: Oriental Weavers Group said Wednesday that it has decided to transfer the ownership of 6.6 million shares in Oriental Weavers Company – US in preparation for writing them off.
The company will cut the issued capital from EGP 450 million to EGP 443.4 million through writing off treasury stocks, according to a bourse filing.
