Cairo – Mubasher: Orouba Misr for Construction and Development has signed an agreement with AccorHotels to manage Novotel Hotel in Orouba Skyline project in Alexandria.
Situated on 400,000 square metres with total investments of EGP 7 billion, Orouba Skyline project includes 1,500 residential units, Orouba Misr’s CEO Hazel El Deeb said, according to a statement released on Thursday.
The project also includes commercial, administrative, and medical facilities, El Deeb added.
The top official revealed that Orouba Skyline is scheduled for inauguration in 2023.
