Kuwait-Mubasher: Osos Holding Group reported profits worth about KWD 575,000 ($1.92 million) in the fourth quarter of 2015, against losses of KWD 2.14 million ($7.14 million) in Q4-14, according to a bourse filing.
During the fiscal year of 2015, Osos has achieved KWD 2.31 million profits as compared to around KWD 145,800 in FY14.
The board has recommended a payment of 7.5% cash dividends or 7.5 fils per share for FY15, subject to the shareholders’ approval.
Osos noted that the Q4 profits improved on back of several factors led by a KWD 1.32 million decrease in general and administrative expenses.
