Mubasher: Osoul Investment has signed a preliminary contract, through a company that is fully owned by Osoul in the U.S., to sell residential units in the States for a total value of $5.2 million ($1.56 million).
A profit worth KWD 55,000 is expected to be realised from this contract, and will be registered in the income statements of the second quarter of 2018, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
