Cairo – Mubasher: Palm Hills Development Co. (PHD) said its newly launched project Palm Valley has witnessed sales revenues of EGP 491 million, through selling 108 residential units in phase one within two days.
The sold units account for nearly 45% of the projects’ 237 units, said the company in a statement posted Wednesday.
The company expects to start delivering the project’s units in 2020.
The project is spread across 236,400 square meters, and will be developed over four phases.
Palm Valley, located in 6th of October City, is considered a luxurious compound of townhouses, twin houses and stand-alones.
