Mubasher: Cost of residential buildings declined by 0.53% in the West Bank in November, according to the data released by Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS).
Construction cost index for residential buildings reached 99.74 points, compared with 100.28 in October.
The decline was attributable to a 0.86% fall in raw material prices despite a 0.06% rise in equipment lease, the PCBS stated.
The workers’ wages stabilised during November.
Construction cost index of non-residential buildings dropped by 0.56% to 99.99 points in November, compared with 100.55 a month earlier.
