Dubai – Mubasher: The commercial properties at Palm Jumeirah registered the highest mortgage in Dubai in 2017, after 80 plots were mortgaged in a total value of about AED 1.9 billion.
Meanwhile, 'Emirates Hills I' had the biggest bank finance for commercial property mortgage in Dubai last year, according to Al Bayan newspaper.
In Al Thanyah Fifth, known as Emirates Hills I, 219 plots were mortgaged in a total consideration of over AED 1.8 billion, while 200 plots were mortgaged in Wadi Al Asafa 6, with a total value of AED 706 million, Al Bayan reported.
