Riyadh – Mubasher: Savola Group announced the resignation of Muwaffaq Mansour Jamal, CEO of Panda Retail Co., effective as of 24 November, according to a bourse statement.
Panda is a 91% owned subsidiary of Savola.
The board appointed Rayan Mohammed Fayez, who is the CEO of Savola, as the acting CEO of Panda effective 24 November 2016.
