Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Sharjah International Airport has awarded Parsons a contract worth AED 58 million to manage a AED 1.5 billion expansion, according to a statement.
This expansion aims to boost the airport's capacity to handle 25 million passengers by 2027.
The US engineering company will oversee designs, site preparation, supervision of the construction, and the handover of the project's first phase.
