Dubai – Mubasher: Passenger traffic at Dubai International Airport climbed 8.8% to reach 6.95 million in February, according to a report released by Dubai Airports on Tuesday.
Traffic increased 9.3% to 14.99 million people in the first two months of 2017, compared to 13.71 million in the same period of 2016.
The growth was fuelled by a rise in traffic with Eastern Europe by 39.1%, followed by Asia and South America at 39.1% and 23.8%, respectively.
