Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai International Airport broke its highest record for the second successive month as passenger numbers grew to 8.2 million in August 2017.
International passengers travelling through the airport increased by 6.6% to 8.233 million in August compared to 7.72 million in the comparative period, according to a new report by the airport.
Since 1960, the passenger numbers have grown 15% year-on-year. Dubai International Airport now serves more than 66 million yearly passengers travelling to and from 260 destinations across six continents.
