Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Total value of personal loans offered by UAE banks rose 5.3% or AED 17.5 billion in eleven-month Period of 2016
Personal loans given by banks to individuals reached AED 348.2 billion by the end of November, compared to AED 330.7 billion by the end of December 2015, according to the Central Bank of the UAE.
The Central Bank showed that personal loans increased 4.8% or AED 15.9 billion year-on-year from AED 322.3 billion by the end of November 2015.
Shares' finance decreased 0.8% or AED 100 million month-on-month to reach AED 12.8 billion in November from AED 12.9 billion.
