Riyadh-Mubasher: Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh) has appointed Abdulaziz Al-Judaimi as chairman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
In addition, Tomohisa Ohno was named as vice chairman, while Abdullah Al-Suwailem was appointed as managing director and chief executive.
Members of the audit committee, nomination, remuneration and compensation committee and marketing committees were also elected.
